Jesse Eyase has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2013, they started their career as a Client Services Account Manager at MilbaBrands Ltd, where they worked until 2014. Following this, Jesse worked as a Freelance Digital Media Consultant from 2016 until 2019. In 2020, they joined Pawa IT Solutions as a Lead Specialist for a brief period of three months. During the same year, Jesse also started working at Bay & Chay Pte Ltd as a Customer Happiness Lead. In this role, they successfully led a team of customer happiness representatives, implemented a customer feedback system, and drove customer success outcomes. In 2018, Jesse joined Explore Careers Ltd as a New Projects Consultant. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Mara as a Customer Experience professional.

Jesse Eyase holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology. In November 2018, Jesse obtained a certification in Fundamentals of Project Planning and Management from Coursera.
