Rita Rodriguez - Elizondo

Rita Rodriguez-Elizondo is an experienced Vendor Manager at Coinstar since July 2017, overseeing global Customer Service operations. Prior to Coinstar, Rita held various leadership roles at Outerwall from November 2011 to July 2017, achieving recognition for performance excellence, including an Exceeds ranking and a “Soaring” award from Site Director Rick Russell. Rita has a strong background in team development, successfully leading Customer Service teams and driving improvements in service quality and employee engagement. Prior roles at Whirlpool Corporation and Bank of America included supervising frontline agents, coaching, and workforce management. Rita holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
