Clement On

Clement On has a diverse work experience. In 2021, they were the Regional Business Development Manager at Coinstore.com, where they developed and explored new business opportunities in the blockchain industry, identified, led and negotiated key deals from end-to-end, devised plans for market penetration, identified and established successful partnerships regionally, managed and strategized regional growth, and enhanced and built the company's reputation globally. In 2022, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Cloft, where they designed and implemented business operations, established policies that promote company culture and vision, managed relationships with partners, managed operational functions of the company, and built and grew the company globally. In the same year, they also became a Member of the Blockchain Association Singapore (BAS). In 2017, they were a Financial Consultant at Prudential Assurance Company Singapore. In 2015, they were an Inspector (NS) at the Singapore Police Force.

Clement On obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from SIMGE (SIM Global Education) between 2016 and 2017. Prior to that, they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at Temasek Polytechnic from 2011 to 2014.
