Johann Botha

Johann Botha has been working in the tech industry since 2011. Johann began their career as a Software Engineering Intern at InsideVault in 2011, followed by a Software Engineering Intern role at Industry Dive in 2012. In 2012, they also held the role of Programming Instructor at iD Tech Camps, where they developed a curriculum for Java and C++ classes and held classes for 8 hours a day focusing on programming fundamentals. In 2008, Johann held the role of Teacher at Breakthrough Collaborative. In 2013, Johann worked as a Developer at Coinsetter, followed by a Software Engineer role at Electronifie in 2014. From 2017 to 2021, Johann was a Software Engineer at Google, and is currently working as an Engineering Manager and Senior Software Engineer at CoinTracker.

Johann Botha received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The George Washington University.
