Chrl Katie Kolodziejski

Katie Kolodziejski, CHRL, currently serves as the Manager of Total Rewards at Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited since October 2022. Previous experience includes roles such as Manager of Compensation (Pension & Benefits) at Intact following the acquisition of RSA, and Manager of Wellbeing & Retirement at RSA Canada. Katie also held positions at the Art Gallery of Ontario, including Coordinator of Benefits & Compensation and Staff Relations and Compensation Administrator. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Benefits Administrator at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP and Human Resource Manager on a contract basis at St Andrew Goldfields Ltd., in addition to various roles at Yahoo. Katie holds a Business Administration degree in Marketing from Brock University and an HR Management Certificate, among other relevant qualifications from Mohawk College.
