Godfred Awuku

Godfred Awuku is a motivated individual with a strong background in community engagement and academic support, currently serving as a Community Advisor at Colby College since January 2022. In this role, Godfred fosters resident engagement and wellness by organizing events and providing essential support to students. Godfred has also contributed to computer science education as a Proctor, Grader, and Tutor for courses CS151/152, and as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant, helping students understand complex programming concepts while adhering to best practices. Additionally, Godfred is gaining experience as a Software Engineering Intern at LinkedIn and as a Tech Developer with the Sponsors for Educational Opportunity program, where extensive training in software development and web application design is undertaken. Godfred previously tutored curriculum quizzes at Keta Senior High Technical School and is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Computer Science at Colby College.
