Dan Beingessner has worked in the Human Resources field since 2014. Dan began their career as a Summer Student at Gemini Corporation in 2014, where they conducted the human resources and safety sections of the orientation program for new employees and researched and updated company policies. In 2015, they were an Administrator, Staffing and Employee Development at AltaGas Ltd., where they screened resumes for job postings, represented AltaGas at the University of Alberta career fair, and managed the Educational Assistance Program. In 2016, they were a Human Resources Administrator at Triovest, where they provided administrative support for the Human Resources team and responded to questions from new and existing employees. In 2017, they were a Human Resources Assistant at Gemini Corporation, where they conducted large-scale recruitment and reviewed new-hire documentation.
