Neil Anderson

Dr. Neil Anderson is the General Manager of Quantum Components at ColdQuanta. Neil brings over 15 years of experience in new product development, strategic OEM account management, strategic marketing and business leadership and has successfully scaled products lines into fully-fledged businesses. He spent several years at IDEX Corp. developing multi-year strategic plans and acquisition roadmap for optical component and complex optical subsystem businesses that supported OEM companies in the life science, medical diagnostic, semiconductor and industrial laser machine tool markets. Neil received a Ph.D. in optical science and engineering from the Institute of Optics in Rochester, NY and a Master of Physics degree from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland, where he was first introduced to advanced computing based on advanced photonic technologies.
