Brett Matsuura has a diverse and extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Brett began their career as a Real Estate Agent at REMAX Real Estate in 1999. Brett then founded Liberty One Real Estate Services and served as the Principal Broker/Owner, where they trained agents on emerging technologies and tools to generate leads and increase sales. Additionally, they worked as a Luxury Real Estate Broker/Team Leader for Saige Builders, where they managed and trained real estate professionals to work with luxury clientele.
Brett also had experience in the banking sector as the National REO Team Leader at Flagstar Bank, where they created and led a sales team to assist banks with foreclosure and liquidation of residential properties.
In their recent roles, Brett held positions at Realogy Holdings Corp., Century 21 Masters, Keller Williams Realty, and Sotheby's International Realty. Brett served as the Director of Franchise Development at Realogy, overseeing California and Hawaii. At Century 21 Masters, they were the Director of Recruiting and Agent Development, deploying unique recruiting processes and providing sales training and coaching to increase agents' performance. As the Chief Executive Officer at Keller Williams Realty, they developed and deployed a real estate sales training program and achieved top agent count and sales volume in Irvine, California. Lastly, as a Global Senior Trainer at Sotheby's International Realty, they contributed to the learning and development of professionals.
Brett has also been involved in sales training and coaching through their role as a Real Estate Sales Skills Trainer and Coach at Real Skills 360 Real Estate Role-Playing Group. Brett currently holds the position of Vice President of Learning and Development at Coldwell Banker.
Brett Matsuura obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Utah, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.
