Grace Gorman

Grace Gorman serves as the Commercial Real Estate Leasing and Transactions Manager at Bernstein Shur since May 2023, following a long tenure as a Senior Paralegal at Samuels & Associates, which began in 2012. In these roles, Grace Gorman has expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating leases and various legal documents for commercial real estate portfolios, managing due diligence and closing processes for real estate transactions, and overseeing lease administration and corporate compliance. Previous duties include training and mentoring junior paralegal staff, developing document management protocols, and supporting legal matters across departments. Grace Gorman holds a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in French Language and Literature from the University of Rhode Island.
