Daniella M. Bell

Daniella M. Bell has over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, currently serving as an Associate Broker and Managing Broker at Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtors since June 1999. Daniella specializes in a comprehensive range of real estate services, including consultation and marketing for residential, commercial, and recreational properties in Michigan. Previously, Daniella held the position of Assistant Manager at the Cadillac branch, focusing on training, agent retention, and recruiting, and also contributed as a Regional Vice President for Coldwell Banker Schmidt Family of Companies, overseeing growth and support across 15 offices. In addition, Daniella has been involved with the Rotary Club of Cadillac, serving in various capacities from April 2009 to January 2023. Daniella's early career includes roles as Sales Manager at McGuire's Resort and Account Executive at Village Suites. Daniella holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management from Michigan State University.
