Scott Nichols

Scott Nichols has over three decades of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in residential, land, commercial, and investment properties since 1990. Currently, Scott serves as a Realtor Associate at Coldwell Banker Upchurch Realty since January 2019, while also being a member of the Athens Area Association of REALTORS since 1998. Previous roles include Realtor Associate at Keller Williams Realty Greater Athens and Realtor at Re/Max Associates-Athens, Inc. Scott began a career in land sales at Land Headquarters, Inc. before transitioning into a broader real estate role. Educationally, Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from The University of Georgia, earned between 1984 and 1989.
