John Harshbarger

John Harshbarger has a strong background in engineering, starting as a Project Engineer at Archer Engineers from May 1994 to April 1998. John then worked as the City Engineer for the City of Blue Springs, Missouri from May 1998 to June 2001. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President - Engineering at Cole & Associates starting from July 2001.

John Harshbarger attended the University of Missouri - Rolla from 1990 to 1994. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
