Iva Rukelj

Iva Rukelj is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Cole-Frieman & Mallon LLP since February 2024, Iva's previous positions include Member of the Management Board at Underscore Talent Management and General Counsel & Secretary for North America at TheSoul Publishing. With a strong background in intellectual property law and corporate counsel roles, Iva has held senior positions at firms such as Scarinci Hollenbeck and Gleason & Koatz, while also gaining valuable experience at Hrvatski Telekom and Havas Group. Iva holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property Law from Cardozo School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Zagreb, complemented by a certificate in Intellectual Property from WIPO.
