Sarah Braver

Sarah Braver has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Sarah currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at coLeague, where they support the company's founder/CEO and helps build a healthy work culture. Sarah also holds the position of Fractional Chief People Officer at coLeague.

In the past, they founded their own talent consultancy called Braver and Braver, where they provided guidance on recruitment, diversity and inclusion, leadership coaching, and more for mission-driven organizations.

Sarah has also held senior leadership roles at organizations such as Particle Health and Graphika Inc., where they led the People department and focused on nurturing an inclusive culture.

Additionally, they have experience in the education sector, serving as the Chairperson of the Board for Furman University's Master of Arts in Strategic Design program and holding various roles at Citizen Schools, where they developed inclusive hiring practices and led recruitment and admissions teams.

Earlier in their career, Sarah worked as a Program Manager at Duke Corporate Education, where they coordinated and led global leadership development programs for clients.

Sarah Braver (she/her) completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Communication from Furman University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. In 2008, they pursued Masters Coursework in Education Leadership at Lesley University.
