Luis Carrera Perez de Juan

Luis Carrera Perez de Juan is an experienced legal professional specializing in Administrative, Urban, and Real Estate Law. Since February 2013, Luis has served as Letrado Jefe Gabinete Junta de Gobierno and external advisor to the Junta de Gobierno at the Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Madrid (COAM).
