Desmond Durow

Desmond Durow is a seasoned consulting arborist with extensive experience in environmental horticulture and recovery efforts following significant wildfires. Currently serving as a Consulting Arborist at Coleman Environmental Engineering, Inc. since March 2024, Desmond previously held roles at multiple organizations, including leading arborist positions for recovery initiatives related to the Lahaina Wildfire with the US Army Corps of Engineers and the EPA. Desmond's entrepreneurial spirit is demonstrated through ownership of Badger Green LLC, providing horticultural services since April 2018. Additional expertise includes consulting roles for tree risk assessments and wildfire recovery operations across various regions, as well as farm and orchard management experience. Desmond holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Horticulture from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and has a strong foundation in greenhouse management from earlier education at Madison Area Technical College.
