Kate Hernandez

Kate Hernandez has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Kate began their career in 2001 as a Contract Recruiter at Massachusetts General Hospital. In 2002, they became an Onsite Partnered Staffing Manager at Kelly Scientific. In 2003, they moved to Pentucket Medical Associates as an HR Generalist, where they developed and conducted training for nursing, administrative and auxiliary support positions, and recruited for nursing and administrative positions. In 2005, they became the Manager of Human Resources at Teledyne DALSA, where they worked with corporate senior leadership on strategic focus and change management. In 2013, they joined the Online Learning Consortium as an HR Specialist, working from a virtual/home office environment and responsible for all areas of Human Resources. In 2018, they became an Human Resources Business Partner at A.W. Chesterton Company, where they acted in a consultative capacity to provide strategic and tactical support to client groups. In 2019, they joined Curriculum Associates as a People Operations Manager, managing the employee orientation and onboarding process. In 2020, they moved to NEIWPCC as an Human Resources Business Partner, managing full benefits programs and leave of absence processing for multiple states. Currently, they are the Human Resources Director at Coleridge Initiative.

Kate Hernandez attended Regis College from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Biology.
