Lia Arvanitidou

Lia Arvanitidou is the Vice President of Global Research and Development at Colgate-Palmolive. Lia has been with Colgate-Palmolive for over 25 years, starting as a Senior Section Head in 1995. Lia has held various positions within the company, including Manager, Associate Director, and Worldwide Director of Global R&D for both Personal Care and Home Care.

Lia Arvanitidou has a Master of Business Administration from the Executive Leadership Program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, a Ph.D. in Chemical Eng., Polymer Sci. & Eng. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH).
