Silvana Barros

Silvana Barros serves as the Director of Clinical Innovation at Colgate-Palmolive and holds professor positions at both the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the State University of Campinas. Silvana Barros completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Molecular Biology at the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research in Bethesda, MD, and earned a Doctor of Science degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, where studies have been ongoing since September 1995.
