David Ryan

David Ryan has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in the field of Information Technology (IT) and digital strategy. David is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Coliban Water, where they are responsible for digital service delivery and developing the organization's digital strategy. Prior to this, David worked as the CIO at Northern Health, leading IT initiatives from 2019 to 2021. From 2015 to 2019, they served as the Executive Officer & CIO at Loddon Mallee Rural Health Alliance. David also has experience working with the Department of Human Services, where they held roles such as Member Statewide Telehealth Advisory Committee and IM&T Director (CIO) for various community services. David started their career as the A/CIO at Bendigo Health in 2000. Throughout their career, David has been focused on leveraging technology to enable organizational transformation and improve service delivery.

David Ryan attended Shepparton High School from 1989 to 1992. David then pursued a Bachelor of Health Computing degree at La Trobe University from 1993 to 1997.
