Mihir Sheth

Mihir Sheth has a wealth of experience in the IT industry, primarily focused on talent acquisition and delivery management. Mihir started their career at Collabera in 2007 as a Technical Recruiter before moving on to become a Team Lead, where they managed a team of recruiters and handled account management responsibilities. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Delivery Manager, responsible for overseeing project delivery and resource optimization. In 2016, they were promoted to Senior Delivery Manager, where they handled large clients, managed a team of recruiters, and implemented VMO systems. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Senior Manager Strategic Hiring, focusing on resource management, recruitment, and vendor management. Mihir then progressed to Assistant Delivery Director and Senior Delivery Director roles before their current position as Associate Vice President - Talent Acquisition at Collabera Digital, starting in 2023. Mihir Sheth completed their Diploma in Electronics & Communications from B.S. Patel Polytechnic from 2001 to 2003. Mihir then went on to pursue a B.Tech degree in Electronics & Communications from D.D.I.T University, Nadiad from 2002 to 2005.
