Ravi Kiran K. has over 20 years of work experience in various technology roles. Ravi is currently serving as the Head of Technology (Chief Technologist) at Collabera Digital since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Santander UK Technology as the Head of CRM/IT Digital Transformation from June 2015 to May 2022. Ravi also has experience as a Technology Delivery Head - Digital Transformation at Hewlett Packard (Mphasis) from June 2007 to May 2015. Before that, they worked at Accenture and Wipro Technologies in consulting and CRM/digital transformation roles. Ravi began their career at British Telecom (Subsidiary MBT) as a Software Engineer/Consultant and held various positions during their time there from 1998 to 2002.

Ravi Kiran K. obtained a Postgraduate Degree/Masters in Strategy and Innovation from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School in the years 2021-2022. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in DevOps Leadership, Certified SAFe 5.0 Agilist, ITIL 4 Leader - Digital and IT Strategy, ITIL 4 Strategic Leader, ITIL foundation V4, MSP Certifications (Foundation and Practitioner), Salesforce Certified Administrator, Certified Scrum Master, and PMP. Ravi also has certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 - Applications, Oracle Certified Associate, Siebel 7 Consultant, and Siebel 8 Consultant.
