Riddhi Shah

Riddhi Shah has worked at Collabera Digital since 2018 and currently holds the role of Lead Talent Expert - Digital/Platform. Prior to this, Riddhi worked at Collabera Inc. from 2015 to 2018, starting as a Technical Recruiter and later being promoted to Senior Technical Recruiter. Riddhi's work experience includes full cycle recruiting, account management, skill-specific recruiting, implementing sourcing and networking strategies, and mentoring new hires. They have expertise in recruiting for various IT positions such as Business Intelligence engineers, Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Network Program Managers, Data center/Network Technicians, Network Engineers, and Java Developers.

Riddhi Shah completed their Diploma in Electrical Engineering from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda between 2011 and 2014. Before that, they attended Zenith High School from 2005 to 2011 where they completed their SSC degree.
