Vijay Siripuram

Vijay Siripuram's work experience begins in 2014 as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Etech Global Services, where they analyzed transactions and ensured compliance. In 2014, they also worked as a Quality Head at Alpine Health LLC. In 2015, they became an IT Consultant at IMS People. From 2016 to 2016, they worked as an IT Resource Delivery Consultant at Creative Personnel. Vijay then joined Collabera as a Senior IT Consultant in 2017, where they helped tech-forward organizations on their digital journeys. Vijay later became a Senior Delivery Lead at Collabera Digital, managing a team, developing recruitment strategies, and optimizing team structures.

Vijay Siripuram obtained a Bachelor's degree in B.Com Taxation and Finance from Andhra University in 2016. In 2023, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Data Science at Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu - National Louis University w Nowym Sączu. In the same year, they also studied Polish Language and Literature through an online course at spokopolish.pl and developed data analytics skills through a course on Udemy titled "Data Analytics Skillpath: Zero to Hero in Excel, SQL & Python." Additionally, Vijay has certifications in Digital Recruitment from Collabera Digital and a Polish Language Certificate from Spoko Polish.
