Steven Sargeant

Steven Sargeant has a diverse work experience spanning across several industries and roles. Steven started their professional career as a Customer Care Representative at Marketing Alternatives Inc in 2004 and worked there until 2007. In 2007, they attended ITT Technical Institute as a student.

In 2008, Steven began their freelance software development career at SimpTech Solutions Inc, where they worked until 2013. During this time, they also gained experience as a Direct Sales Representative at Comcast from February to August 2008. In September 2008, they joined McDonald's Corporation as a Certified Swing Manager, and they continued in this role until December 2011.

From 2011 to 2014, Steven worked as a Technical Support at Jackson Hewitt, before transitioning to General Manager at McDonald's from June 2014 to October 2018. In November 2018, they joined Computer Services, Inc. as a Software Engineer II and worked there until March 2021.

Currently, Steven is employed at CollaborateMD, where they started as a Software Engineer I in April 2021 and has been promoted to Software Engineer II starting in April 2023.

Steven Sargeant attended the University of Phoenix from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Computer Software Engineering. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2009, they attended ITT Technical Institute and completed an Associates in Applied Science degree in Software and Applications Programming.
