Hollye L. Hills is a Board Member and (CEO) Chief Executive Officer. She has previously served as (CXO) Chief Experience Officer of Collaboration of Integrated Healthcare (CIH). She has been in the healthcare field for 28 years, most notably 22 years in the Senior Living industry as a Consultant, Business Analyst, and Change Management Strategist for Owners/Operators and Third-Party Management companies, such as Holiday Retirement aka Harvest Management, Hawthorn Retirement, Eclipse Senior Living, and Resort Lifestyle among others.
She is also (CEO) Chief Executive Officer of Pleiades Consulting Group, LLC. Additionally, Hollye’s background also includes being a Military and Government Contract Procurement consultant with an additional role as Consultant and (COO) Chief Operations Officer for a technology company SeatUs Technologies known publicly as Wyth ride-share and carpooling solution application.
Hollye is from Elmendorf AFB., Anchorage, Alaska. she dedicates a significant amount of time doing charitable works through the Harvard Humanitarian Initiative supporting international charity efforts with (WWF) World Wildlife Fund, One Campaign, and Malaria No More. In addition, she supports local charity efforts for ASPCA animal shelters and American Red Cross chapters.
Hollye lives in both Florida and North Carolina. Her hobbies include traveling extensively, fishing, hunting, and exploring national parks across the US while spending time with family.
