Craig Brubeck has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Craig started their career at Merck in 1993 as an OTC Key Account Manager. From 1995 to 1996, they worked at Unilever as a Key Account Manager.
In 1999, Brubeck joined New Horizons Computer Learning Centers as the Vice President & General Manager. During their tenure, they successfully implemented a turnaround and profitability plan, improved client experience, staff training and development, sales management, and accounting processes. Craig significantly grew revenues and profitability, elevating the business's market penetration ranking from the bottom 20% to the top 10% in the US markets. Craig held this position until 2005.
From 2006 to 2016, Brubeck worked at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers again, this time focusing on franchise development, support, and corporate owned locations in the US, Canada, and Latin America. Craig was responsible for the discovery, development, and ongoing support of franchise partners, as well as executive and operational duties for the franchisor's wholly owned locations.
In 2016, Brubeck founded their own company, Brubeck & Associates, where they served as a Principal until 2019.
Lastly, in 2019, they joined Collabtech Group as the Chief Operating Officer. In this role, they oversee internal-facing teams including Finance and Accounting, Global Logistics, Worldwide Human Resources, Compliance, Risk Management, and Strategic Planning.
Craig Brubeck attended Florida State University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the College of Business. Prior to this, they also completed an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Florida State University in 1990.
