Joel Radtke

Joel Radtke has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Joel is currently the Co-Founder and President of CollateralEdge, a company they established in December 2020. Prior to this, from 2013 to 2020, Radtke served as the Founder and Managing Member of Springboard Growth Network.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Radtke worked as part of the Strategic Market Channel Development team at Cerebro Capital from May 2019 to November 2020. Joel also co-founded United Orthopedic Group in 2008 and held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Director. Radtke played a significant role in expanding the business from $15 million to $90 million and successfully raised over $45 million in equity funding.

Earlier in their career, Radtke worked at Grotech Ventures from 2003 to 2007, initially joining as a Vice President and progressing to the roles of Principal and Partner. Joel also gained experience in the investment banking sector, working in the Healthcare Group at Credit Suisse from 1999 to 2003, and at Alex. Brown & Sons from 1996 to 1998.

Joel Radtke attended Harvard University from 1992 to 1996. Joel pursued a degree in Government and successfully completed their studies, earning an Artium Baccalaureus (A.B.) degree.
