As an industry that comprises 20% of the US economy we think healthcare should work better for all of us. We are looking for an experienced marketing leader with a track record for driving and accelerating revenue growth through creative and targeted demand generation campaigns. Reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer, the Senior Marketing Director, Growth and Analytics role will contribute to immediate results and build future capability. You both create and promote the vision for the performance marketing team and are willing to dive into priority tactics to ensure the team achieves results.

🤝 Reports To

This position reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, Alison Worthington. Alison builds and leads Collective Health’s marketing efforts to help scale the organization’s mission to transform the future of healthcare. Alison has decades of leadership experience from working for notable brands like Coca-Cola, Method, Microsoft, and Starbucks. In addition to her enterprise experience, Alison built a consulting practice as an interim CMO with startups and growth companies like Ancestry.com, GoPro, and Bragg Live Foods, to pivot business strategy, improve storytelling and create marketing plans.

đź’Ą What We Need Your Help With

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to prioritize marketing strategies and align programs and measurements with our revenue growth strategy
  • Build and integrate content marketing and scale across all channels to meet prospects where they are in the buyer's journey
  • Build and scale our account-based marketing function for successful conversion of prospective buyers to active customers
  • Drive lead and account generation, conversion from MQL/A to closure
  • Drive MQLs and extend reach through integrated mix of activities across our Growth Marketing suite: Digital, Field, SDR programs
  • Direct a structured and strategic analytics and reporting program, including campaign and web metrics, marketing automation, web properties, CRM/email, etc.
  • Build a framework that creates speed and clarity for investment decisions
  • Translate learning to finance and commercial team into actionable strategies for the team
  • Oversee our web properties and marketing automation tools, helping with everything from solution selection to continued integration and tuning

🔍 What We Look For

  • 10+ years experience in digital marketing, at least 4 years in a managerial role
  • Digital marketing experience required including expertise in analytics, A/B and multivariate testing, SEM, SEO, Social, Display, Field, and other inbound marketing channels
  • B2B experience a must, healthcare or insurance/benefits expertise with long sales cycles also important
  • Experience building reporting and account-based marketing
  • Strong sales culture and collaborative mindset
  • Experience managing cross-functional marketing teams
  • Demonstrated leadership and managerial abilities
  • Eye for design and content quality
