CX Insights Manager at Collective Health

Aileen Smith has a diverse work experience starting in 2008 as a Camp Counselor for the City of Palo Alto. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Peer Academic Advisor for the Dean's Office at the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, providing guidance to students and completing various projects. Aileen then interned as a Community Chefs Coordinator at the Alchemist Community Development Corporation in 2012, where they managed grant guidelines and organized nutrition education activities. In 2011-2012, Aileen served as a Peer Academic Advisor for the Department of Human and Community Development, offering advising and support to students. Aileen briefly worked as a Student Affairs Officer for the Dean's Office at the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences in 2012. Aileen then joined Hult International Business School in 2013, where they held various roles such as Student Services Manager and Visa Coordinator, working closely with international students. Finally, they joined Collective Health in 2017 and has held roles including Member Advocate and Senior CX Insights Analyst, utilizing customer feedback to improve member experiences and managing survey programs. In July 2021, Aileen became a CX Insights Manager at Collective Health.

Aileen Smith graduated from Gunn High School in 2008. Aileen then attended the University of California, Davis from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Community and Regional Development.
