Fatima Loumaïni CCBA, CSM has a diverse work experience in product management, data science, digital transformation, and program management. Fatima is currently working as a Product Manager- Reporting and Analytics at Collective Health since January 2022. Prior to that, they were a Stay-at-Home Mom at The Pregnancy Pause from September 2019 to January 2022, during which they completed a data science bootcamp, obtained an AWS Machine Learning professional certificate, and attended courses on user experience design and digital product management. Fatima also completed a 12-week data science bootcamp at Metis in July 2019.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Consultant in Digital Transformation at Logic 20/20 from April 2018 to March 2019, where they led discovery and requirements elicitation for a global CRM implementation, built mockups for a custom CRM, and supported data visualization and analysis assignments. Prior to that, Fatima worked at Morneau Shepell in various roles including Product Owner, Program Manager, and Actuarial Analyst from July 2011 to November 2016. During their role as a Program Manager, they identified opportunities for automation, acted as a liaison between internal teams, and facilitated the successful implementation of new tools, resulting in significant time and cost savings. In their role as an Actuarial Analyst, they performed data analysis and validations, conducted benefit calculations, and collaborated on special projects.

Fatima Loumaïni CCBA, CSM has a diverse education history. In 2002 to 2007, they attended Université Laval and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Following that, from 2008 to 2011, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Actuarial Sciences from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal. In 2017, Fatima received a Certificate in Business Analysis from the University of Washington. Furthermore, in 2019, they completed a Data Science Bootcamp at Metis.

In terms of additional certifications, Fatima obtained the Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). Fatima also holds the Scrum Master Alliance certification as a Certified Scrum Master. In 2020, they achieved the AWS Certified Machine Learning-Specialty certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
