Hayley Recca

Hayley Recca has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Hayley is currently working as an Account Executive at Collective Health since July 2023. Before that, they held the position of Senior Account Manager at the same company from May 2021 to July 2023. Prior to joining Collective Health, Hayley worked at Delta Dental of Colorado as an Account Manager from January 2018 to May 2021. In this role, they ensured the overall satisfaction of mid-size self-funded and fully-insured Delta Dental employer groups by building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service. Hayley also served as an Account Advisor at Delta Dental from May 2016 to December 2017, where they managed client issues, negotiated renewals, and handled open enrollment.
