Lindsay Mason

Lindsay Mason has a diverse work experience. From July 2020 to March 2021, they worked as a Member Advocate at Collective Health, where they resolved member questions regarding health insurance benefits and claims. In September 2020, they joined the priority team and managed cases for high priority clients while maintaining a high customer satisfaction rating. Additionally, they mentored two new hires by providing support and feedback. From September 2019 to May 2020, Lindsay worked as a Teacher Assistant for Statistics at Brigham Young University. Their responsibilities included teaching and assisting students, grading assignments, and responding to inquiries about the course.

Lindsay Mason attended Brigham Young University from 2016 to 2020. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and also completed a minor in Psychology.
