Allison Franklin

Allison Franklin is a dedicated consultant specializing in human trafficking and juvenile justice. Currently serving as a consultant since October 2021 and as a survivor leader and consultant with Mosaics and Collective Liberty, Franklin provides technical assistance and training for courts and law enforcement across the United States. With extensive experience as an adjunct faculty instructor at the National Criminal Justice Training Center, Franklin focuses on gang sex trafficking and related issues. In previous roles, including Director of the CARES Program at The SAFE Alliance and Director at the Texas Criminal Justice Coalition, Franklin has managed significant grants and conducted policy research, advocating for youth intervention programs. Franklin is pursuing an undergraduate degree in Communication and Media Studies at the University of Texas.
