Clayton Feathers

Clayton Feathers began their career in 2014 as a Host at Riverfront Seafood Company, where they greeted customers, set up reservations and dinner arrangements, and maintained clean and organized tables. In 2015, they worked as an Operations/Customer Service at All Season Storage. In 2016, they were a Software Developer Intern at Holston Medical Group. In 2017, they were an IT Application Developer Intern at BWX Technologies, Inc. From 2019 to 2022, they were employed at OnePartner, where they held two roles: HIE Developer/Programmer II and HIE Integration Engineer. As a HIE Developer/Programmer II, they worked on developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining inbound and outbound HL7 interfaces, used Mirth Connect daily to transform and transfer millions of HL7, CCD, XML, and JSON messages, and worked with multiple EMRs to facility the onboard of data into the HIE warehouse. As a HIE Integration Engineer, they planned and coordinated with clients, vendors, and coworkers to ensure seemless integration development, used multiple HIE data transfer solutions, and worked with over 10 different EHRs. Currently, Clayton Feathers is a Senior Integration Engineer at Collective Medical a PointClickCare Company.

Clayton Feathers attended East Tennessee State University from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a High School degree in Computer Science.
