Jonathan Campbell

Jonathan Campbell has over 20 years of work experience in software engineering and web development. Jonathan began their career in 1999 as a Web Developer for Idiglobal Inc. and then moved to Infogenix, Inc. in 2000. In 2001, they became a Website Administrator for Brigham Young University. From 2002 to 2005, they worked as a Software Engineer for Utah Interactive, developing features for the award-winning Utah.gov website. In 2005, they began working as a Software Engineer for Flying J Inc., developing and enhancing portions of the expense tracking portal. In 2007, they returned to FamilySearch as a Software Engineer, where they architected and developed high traffic and mission-critical REST backend systems and migrated monolithic systems into microservices. In 2008, they became a Software Engineer for Brigham Young University - Hawaii, leading development on critical software applications. Jonathan returned to FamilySearch in 2011 as a Software Engineer and then moved to Collective Medical in 2019 as an Engineering Manager and Team Lead and a Senior Software Engineer.

Jonathan Campbell attended Brigham Young University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
