Claudia is responsible for leading Collective’s People strategy including talent development, compensation and benefits, and all employee experience. She has over 10 years of experience working in both tech startups and financial services. Prior to joining Collective she held HR positions at Everlaw, GGV Capital, Radius and Ask.com (an IAC company).
