Richard Tommer has diverse work experience in various industries. Richard started their career as a Law Intern at the New York State Grievance Committee, where they assisted in investigating and prosecuting allegations of professional misconduct by attorneys. After that, Richard worked as a Staff member at the Broward County Climate Change Task Force, where they ensured the functional operation of the Property and Infrastructure Subcommittee.

Richard then became an Environmental Growth Management Fellow at the Center for Urban & Environmental Solutions. Richard later joined Florida Atlantic University as a Fellow, where they served as a fully funded and salaried teaching assistant.

In 2010, Richard worked as an Intern at the Broward County Metropolitan Planning Organization, performing extensive research and plan comparison for innovative financing mechanisms.

Richard's career then transitioned to real estate, as they became a Developer/Project Manager at Hollywood Management. Richard was responsible for the restoration, remodeling, and rehabilitation of various properties.

In 2013, Richard joined SRS Real Estate Partners as a Senior Associate, focusing on tenant representation and investment sale clients in South Florida.

Since 2015, Richard has been associated with College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving, where they held the position of Chief Operating Hunk. Richard'sresponsibilities included providing moving, junk removal, donation pick-up, and labor services.

Currently, Richard is working as the Director of Business Development at Debt.com®, where they collaborate with financial experts, business journalists, and certified solution providers for various financial needs.

Richard Tommer earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University at Albany, SUNY in 1999. From 1999 to 2001, they attended Albany Law School, focusing on law studies. In 2006 and 2007, they pursued an MBA in Real Estate Development at Nova Southeastern University. Finally, from 2008 to 2010, Richard obtained a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning with a specialization in Urban & Public Affairs from Florida Atlantic University.
