Imhabibi Laroche is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at the College of Central Florida since January 2020. With a career spanning over a decade, Imhabibi holds the position of Human Resources Director at CWS since August 2017, having previously worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at the same company. Earlier roles include Human Resources Manager, Employee Relations Manager, and Human Resource Generalist at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions from October 2010 to August 2017, and Human Resource Specialist at Humana from October 2007 to October 2010. Imhabibi's foundational experiences include an internship in Human Resources at Jewish Hospital & St Mary's HealthCare and serving as an Executive Human Resources Assistant at Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts. Imhabibi earned a Master's degree in Human Resource Education from the University of Louisville between 2008 and 2010 and a Bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Kentucky from 2002 to 2006.
