Dana Pollet

Dana Auten, PhD, serves as the Lead Product Scientist at The Predictive Index since October 2020, building on previous roles as a Senior Product Scientist and People Scientist within the same organization. Prior to this, Dana held various positions at Portland State University, including Graduate Research Assistant and Psychological Research Methods Instructor, and also worked as a Burnout and Recovery Specialist at Limeade. Educational qualifications include a PhD and MS in Applied Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Portland State University, a BS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University, and a semester abroad in Italian Studies at the Università di Torino.
