Grecia Montero

Grecia Montero has an extensive background in higher education admissions, currently serving as the Executive Director of Admissions at The College of New Jersey since February 2000. Montero's experience includes roles as Director of Admissions, where strategic marketing plans and recruitment initiatives were developed, and as Director of Recruitment, focusing on diverse groups such as scholars and minority populations. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant Dean of Admissions at the State University of New York at New Paltz, overseeing recruitment activities and staff training, along with a role as Senior Admissions Advisor, coordinating recruitment events and enrolling underrepresented students. Grecia Montero holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from SUNY New Paltz, earned between 1988 and 1992.
