Michelle Saporta

Michelle Saporta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and people operations. Currently serving as the Manager of the Project Management Office at Western Health Advantage since April 2023, Michelle previously held various leadership roles at Zennify from October 2019 to April 2023, including Director of People Operations. With a robust background at One Inc, Michelle directed departmental vision and alignment with strategic initiatives while managing budget and revenue execution. Additional previous positions include roles at Decideware, Insightly, Nitro, Provident Credit Union, Banner Bank, Union Bank, and Citi, where Michelle developed a diverse skill set in customer success, quality assurance, and operations. Educational qualifications include a B.A. in Psychology from San Francisco State University, a PMP Certificate from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from City College of San Francisco.
