Phil Chu is a seasoned academic with extensive experience in the field of biology, currently serving as a Professor and previously as an Associate and Assistant Professor at Saint John's University since August 1998. Prior to this role, Phil Chu held the position of Rea Postdoctoral Fellow and National Science Foundation Postdoctoral Fellow in Environmental Biology at the Carnegie Museum of Natural History from January 1995 to July 1998. Phil Chu earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Biology/Biological Sciences from the University of Michigan, where studies were completed from 1987 to 1993, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Calvin University, obtained from 1978 to 1982.
