Kristan Coffey

Kristan Coffey is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Director of HR/Employee Relations at the College of the Holy Cross since December 2021, Kristan previously held the role of Director of Talent and Human Resources at Worcester Polytechnic Institute from September 2014 to December 2021, overseeing various HR functions including benefits, compensation, recruitment, and talent management. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director of Human Resources and Compliance Manager at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where duties involved training on regulatory compliance, as well as Human Resources Manager at Alden Lab, where Kristan established HR practices and provided coaching.
