Shria Tomlinson

Shria Tomlinson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education and program management. Currently serving as the Chief Site Strategy Officer and Senior Advisor to the President and CEO at College Track since 2007, Shria has held various leadership roles, including National Director of Quality & Learning, Vice President of Program Operations, and Site Director. Responsibilities include facilitating Professional Learning Community meetings, onboarding new staff, and supporting organizational budget development. As a founding member of College Track's Volunteer Program, Shria has made significant contributions to program implementation. Prior experience includes serving as a Document Specialist at Bay Area Adoption Services, where Shria facilitated client interactions and coordinated adoption-related events. Shria holds a Master of Public Administration in Higher Education Administration from Cal State University - East Bay and a Bachelor of Arts in African-American/Black Studies from San Jose State University.
