Norbert José Glass

Norbert José Glass, MBA, currently serves as an Escalation Manager at Collibra since August 2023. Prior to this role, Norbert held several positions at Zendesk, including Senior Escalation Manager and Critical Escalation Manager, where significant achievements included establishing proactive escalation programs impacting over $225 million in annual recurring revenue and managing multiple account escalation plans. Previous experience also includes Senior Escalation Manager at Salesloft, where Norbert initiated the first Customer Success escalations program, as well as roles at Routematch, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital - ALSAC, Epic, and the University of Mississippi. Norbert holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Florida and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mississippi.
