Samuel Vance

Samuel Vance has over a decade of experience in geotechnical engineering, currently serving as Geotechnical Manager at Collier Engineering Company, Inc. since January 2016. Prior to this role, Samuel held the position of Geotechnical Manager at Terracon Consultants from November 2008 to January 2016. Samuel earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structures and Transportation from Tennessee Technological University between 1986 and 1989.
