Felix Chamizo Santos

Felix Chamizo Santos has extensive experience in retail and real estate, currently serving as Retail Director for Capital Markets at Colliers since May 2024. Prior to this role, Felix held multiple positions at BNP Paribas Real Estate, including Retail Director and Director of Shopping Centers, from January 2020 to January 2024, and also worked in Capital Markets from February 2017 to February 2019. Additionally, Felix was the Business Development Manager at Heracles, where responsibilities included acquiring profitable assets in tertiary and hotel sectors. Felix's earlier career includes significant roles at Knight Frank, where expertise developed in retail management and property management from 2001 to 2016, along with management experience at Innova Centros Comerciales. Felix holds a degree in Commercial Management and Marketing from ESIC Business & Marketing School, completed in 1998.
