Ryan Kratz

Ryan Kratz is the President, Southeast Region US Brokerage at Colliers International. Prior to their current role, Ryan was an Assistant Vice President at NorthMarq from July 2005 to December 2010, where they were responsible for investment sales, leasing brokerage, GIS/market analytics, and corporate strategy. Ryan began their career in 2000 as a Business Transformation Manager at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., where they were responsible for Six Sigma Black Belt project management and business transformation for the Global Financial Advice division. In April 2005, Ryan co-founded Liquid Glass Powerboats, where they served as co-founder until July 2010. In May 1998, Ryan also co-founded Lights Out International.

Ryan Kratz has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship & Finance from Babson College. Ryan also has a degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from Luther College.
